A Treat For All The Cosplayers In Pune!

Updated: Aug 7, 2020

There have been rumours spreading around in the cosplay community, about Comic Con India scrapping the Pune Comic Con event. While there is no official announcement made by CCI, they haven’t tried to stop the rumours from spreading either. The pop culture fans from Pune are disheartened by the news, and the people who are mostly affected by it, are the cosplayers who had made their plans for the event and were already working on it.

Unlike in Mumbai, Delhi or Bangalore, PCC is the only event that celebrated the Pop culture in Pune city. And if that is gone, Pune cosplayers and fans would have to travel to other cities to attend their favourite event. At a times like this, a Pop culture enthusiast, Syed Farhat Chagla along with her daughter Arman Chagla, have started an initiative to unite the cosplay community once again in the city.

The Mother - Daughter duo are hosting a ‘Cosplayers Meet’ at AllRounder Shots at Phoneix Market City, on 28th of February from 6pm to 9pm. Allrounder Shots is Pune’s biggest Virtual Reality Gaming Zone & Restro- bar. The Cosplayers attendees can expect fun Games along with free ‘Food & Beverages’ at the venue. The cosplayers will also be given a surprise ‘goodie’ at the end of the event.

The host have clarified that the event is free of cost and is not a promotional one. It is being held for Cosplayers to ‘meet and mingle’ with each other.

To attend the event you can send in your confirmation via personal message on Facebook to Arman Chagla.
