Can Anyone Cosplay 'Master Roshi In Max Power Form' Better Than 'Taichi Shimizu'?

Dragon Ball series is one of the most popular anime franchise throughout the world; And thus we often come across the cosplays of the DB series characters. The problem is that they don't often live up to the character; but that was not the case at Bi-annual Comic Market which happened last weekend in Tokyo.

Popular Bodybuilder Taichi Shimizu was spotted cosplaying as Master Roshi in his Max Power form. And we must admit it that he pulled it off perfectly. The most difficult part of Master Roshi's Max Power form is the muscular physique, but Taichi had already covered it off, as he is well known for body building. The only thing that was left for the cosplay to match the character was the bald head and white eyebrows, manchu mustache and beard. So to cover that part Taichi not only shaved his head, but also his eyebrows so that he could stick fake white eyebrows, mustache and beard.

But cosplaying is not just about physical appearance, its also about how well you adapt to the character; and from the pictures we can see Shimizu have not just adapted to Master Roshi's character but have given life to it. The poses which he gave in his cosplay pictures speaks for itself. Visitors were thrilled with an awesome Dragon Ball cosplay that people will probably be talking about for a while!

Master Roshi, also known as the Turtle Hermit or Jackie Chun, is a popular character from Dragon ball series. He is a master of martial arts, who trains Gohan, Ox-King, Goku, Krillin, and Yamcha. Master Roshi is bald, with a thick white fu manchu mustache and beard. He is almost always seen wearing his trademark sunglasses.
